March 19th, 2019 - Rural Gravel Road Update
We have been informed that we are now allowed to access gravel roads using our best judgement. The plan is to work all routes with the driver using their judgement if there are any areas of concern. If you still have a soft driveway that we need to back down, please feel free set the garbage by the road or we will stop on the next scheduled pickup. Thank you to everyone that has been impacted. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!
March 13th, 2019
- Due to the conditions we have been restricted from running any routes on rural gravel roads and are unable to do so until the conditions improve.
March 11th, 2019
- The City of Boone has restricted us from driving down any alleys. If your normal pickup is in an alley, please make plans to get it to the street until the ban has been lifted.
**Thank you to all of our impacted customers. We greatly appreciate your patience!**
